– Failing to do so may result in extra costs. - Point out all areas of concern before the Job starts.
– Stains, odor, urine, traffic lanes… - Clear areas, remove small and personal objects, clothes, and toys from the floor, and move any furniture you desire to move. We will clean around furniture as a standard procedure.
- For safety, consider securing pets in a designated area during our visit. (The front door will be open during the cleaning).
- Parking: Leave the driveway clear, if possible, on the closest spot to the front door; if not, secure a parking space for our large van.
- Pricing: We will do everything possible to price accurately over the phone and online, according to the information given and standard scope of work. Please be advised that pricing will be confirmed on-site based on size and soil. A regular room is a room of up to 175 sq. ft., and special cleanings like Urine removal, ink, tar, paint, and slime are not included.
Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and strive to accommodate your needs. If you need to reschedule your carpet cleaning appointment with Utah Pros Carpet Cleaning, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. We will try to find a new suitable time for your cleaning. A $50 non-refundable deposit may be collected and applied to the final cleaning balance as a credit once service is completed.
Cancellation Policy:
We value your business and appreciate your understanding of the time reserved for your carpet cleaning. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee of $75. If the technician arrives at the location for the service and can’t complete the service for any cancellation reason, there will be a $100 charge to cover transportation and labor.

Pricing for cleaning is different than pricing for grout or stone restoration (Extremely soiled stone and grout, hard water build-up efflorescence, soap scum, and deep stains are not included in the standard cleaning price).

The price provided per linear foot doesn’t include pillows and special stains like urine, throw-up, ink, paint, or synthetic dyes.
- We don’t clean: Naked leather, rayon/viscose, linen upholstery. If you insist any damage occurs, we will not be held liable.

Starting: If you have water or mold that needs to be looked at, rest assured, as our technicians usually arrive at the location within 1 hour and should be able to start basic mitigation and extraction right away.
Free Evaluation: We will do a free evaluation with our state-of-the-art moisture detectors and IR cameras to give you a detailed scope of work.
Insurance: It is extremely helpful if you have your insurance information handy (Policy and agent’s or adjuster’s information).
Rug Cleaning: We recommend cleaning all rugs in our rug plant, as it is a much more effective way of cleaning our rugs due to the way they are constructed compared to wall-to-wall carpets.
On-site cleaning: If for any reason a rug can’t be transported to our rug cleaning spa, the technician might offer to clean it at your home or business for you, as long as you understand that the risk of damage is increased and that the cleaning won’t be as deep, and results might not be as desired. Utah Pros will not be held liable if rugs are damaged due to on-site cleaning if the technician has advised the client to take the rugs to the rug plant.
If you just booked a cleaning quote, please have all decision-makers present during the quote. Please pick up objects that may be covering the areas to be cleaned so our technician can give you accurate pricing.

Kindly note that payment is required upon completing our services and must be collected on-site. Our technician will collect payment in advance if you plan to be away from the property during the cleaning. The same procedure applies to vacant homes.
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and cash. Please note that our technician will only accept checks if a prior arrangement has been made. For businesses with an established account intending to send a check via mail, our designated address for checks is 1055 N State St, Orem, UT 84057.
