Rescheduling and Cancelation Policy

Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and strive to accommodate your needs. If you need to reschedule your carpet cleaning appointment with Utah Pros Carpet Cleaning, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. We will try to find a new suitable time for your cleaning. A $50 non-refundable deposit may be collected and applied to the final cleaning balance as a credit once service is completed.

Cancellation Policy:

We value your business and appreciate your understanding of the time reserved for carpet cleaning. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee of $75. If the technician arrives at the location for the service and can’t complete the service for any cancellation reason, there will be a $100 charge to cover transportation and labor.
